Salmon Kabobs with Tropical Tequila Sauce

We’re always looking for delicious ways to grill seafood. Build salmon kabobs with fresh mango, bell pepper and red onion, then add a tropical twist with a Terrapin Ridge Farms sauce for a unique grilling taste sensation!


  Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb. Salmon, skin removed and cubed
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups mango, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, large dice
  • 2 small red onions, quartered
  • ½ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2 limes, halved for serving
  • 1 bottle Terrapin Ridge Farms Tropical Tequila Sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Citarella sides, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon and vegetables with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Build your skewers alternating salmon, mango, peppers, and onion. Grill for 2 minutes per side until nice and golden. At last minute, baste with sauce.
  4. Serve kabobs with fresh herbs, additional sauce, and fresh lime juice.
  5. Enjoy with your favorite Citarella sides!
